Digital Campaigns
Google Search, display and retargeting built around your registration page. We write the keyword plan, the ad copy and the landing page, then move the money to whichever ad is actually bringing sign-ups.
A full hall does not happen on its own. We build the campaign that brings people in — the message, the media, the creatives and the follow-up calls — and we keep watching the numbers until the last registration is in.
Convention India has been running event marketing from Delhi for over a decade. Most of that time has gone into one problem: getting the right people to register early, and then making sure they actually turn up on the day.
So we run promotion the way an event team needs it run. One plan covering digital, print, press and on-ground activity. One calendar that matches your registration deadlines. One team you can call when a chief guest confirms late and the creatives need to change by evening.
Campaign planning and performance review, handled in-house.
Pick the whole campaign or just the part you are short of hands for. Either way, you get a named person on our side who owns the delivery.
Google Search, display and retargeting built around your registration page. We write the keyword plan, the ad copy and the landing page, then move the money to whichever ad is actually bringing sign-ups.
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X and YouTube run as one calendar instead of five separate feeds. Countdown posts, speaker announcements, reels and paid boosts timed to your registration deadlines.
Press notes written for the desks that matter — business, city and trade press — plus follow-ups with journalists, interview slots for your speakers and a coverage summary once the event is over.
Shortlists based on audience overlap and past delivery, not follower counts. We handle briefs, contracts, shoot days and the usage rights for the content afterwards.
Segmented lists, invite sequences, reminder drips and delegate confirmations. Subject lines are tested, sending domains are warmed up, and you see opens, clicks and no-shows in the same report.
Key visual, posters, delegate badges, standees, teaser films, speaker promos and stage loops. Every piece follows one visual language so the event is recognised before anyone reads a word.
Newspaper inserts, city hoardings, mall branding, radio spots and airport media placed where your audience already travels. We negotiate the rates and check that the bookings actually went up on time.
One dashboard showing spend, reach, cost per registration, source-wise sign-ups and attendance against target. Short weekly calls while the campaign runs, one clear report when it ends.
Five stages, each with something you can see and approve. Nothing runs without your sign-off on the plan and the budget.
We sit with your team, look at what happened last time and settle two questions first: who must be in the room, and what counts as a good result. Everything after this is built to serve that answer.
One promise, one key visual, one registration path. Creatives are produced in the sizes and formats each platform actually needs, so nothing gets stretched or cropped badly at the last minute.
Where the money goes, week by week, with the expected cost per registration for each channel. You approve this sheet before a single rupee is spent, and the sheet is what we report against later.
Campaigns go live and then get adjusted every day — bids, audiences, ad copy, landing pages. You get a short update each week instead of a surprise at the end.
Final reminder pushes, confirmation calls, press activity and on-ground coverage. Afterwards, one report: what brought people in, what did not, and what to change for the next edition.
We do not use every channel for every event. The mix is chosen from your audience, your city and your deadline — then trimmed to what is earning its keep.
Strategy, media and creative handled by one in-house team.
Everything between fixing the event date and opening the doors: the message, the creatives, the paid and unpaid channels, press outreach, reminder calls and emails, and reporting while the campaign runs. You can hand over the whole set or only the parts you are short of people for.
For a corporate conference, MICE programme or dealer meet, six to eight weeks gives the campaign room to build. Large public events, exhibitions and award nights usually need ten to twelve weeks. If your date is closer than that, we can still run a compressed plan, but the creative timeline gets tight and paid media costs more.
It depends on who has to attend. For delegate-driven conferences, LinkedIn and email to a clean industry list bring the best-qualified registrations, with Google Search catching people who look you up later. For dealer meets, exhibitions and public shows, Instagram and WhatsApp usually do more of the work, with local print and outdoor supporting the final two weeks.
Both. Our in-house team produces the key visual, posters, teaser films, speaker promos and stage loops, and we handle the media buying and publishing as well. Keeping both under one roof is the reason the campaign looks consistent across every channel.
Yes. We run multi-city campaigns with city-wise budgets, separate registration links where you need them, and vendor partners on the ground in more than 90 cities. Reporting is split city by city, so you can see where the spend is working.
By registrations and actual attendance, not impressions. You get source-wise sign-ups, cost per registration, the share of registrations that turned into attendees, and a channel-wise view of spend against result. If a channel is not earning its place, we say so and move the budget.
It depends on the city, the audience size, how many channels you want and how long the campaign runs. Share your event date, expected footfall and a rough budget range, and we will send back a plan with a channel-wise cost breakup.
Send across your event date, city, expected footfall and the channels you already have in mind. You will get a campaign plan with a channel-wise budget, usually within one working day.
Talk to the team that will actually run your campaign — not a sales desk. Call, message on WhatsApp, or send the brief and we will come back with the approach and the numbers.
