Employee recognition & awards
Trophies, crystal and acrylic plaques, long-service sets and framed certificates. The award should match the moment — a five-year pin ought not to look like a sales trophy.
We source, brand, pack and send the gifts your company gives — to employees, clients, dealers and delegates. One brief, one coordinator, and a dispatch sheet at the end that tells you where every box went.
Think of the last business gift you kept. It probably arrived on time and looked like somebody had given it ten minutes of thought. The ones we forget usually had a logo dropped onto a generic item and a courier label stuck over the box.
That difference is the work we do. Convention India has been running events across India for eighteen years, and gifting grew out of those events. Clients kept asking us to arrange the trophies, the delegate bags and the Diwali hampers because the event team was already on the ground. Eventually it needed its own people, its own suppliers and its own packing space — so we built a gifting department.
Today the desk handles annual days, dealer meets, product launches, conferences, hiring drives and festive seasons. Some orders are fifty pieces for a leadership offsite. Others are four thousand kits going out to twenty-nine states. The process does not change with the size: understand the occasion and the budget, put real options in front of you, approve a proof, check the production, and report exactly where every box went.
Most clients arrive needing one thing and end up handing us three. That is fine. Awards, kits and dispatch can run together, and the billing stays in one place.
Trophies, crystal and acrylic plaques, long-service sets and framed certificates. The award should match the moment — a five-year pin ought not to look like a sales trophy.
Festive hampers, new-year boxes, closing thank-yous and executive desk pieces. Sensible packaging, a printed card, and nothing that looks bought in a hurry.
Bags, notebooks, pens, badges, lanyards and the small things delegates actually carry home. Assembled and labelled before the registration desk opens.
T-shirts, polos, caps, sippers, diaries, calendars and tote bags for exhibitions, road shows, campus drives and retail activations.
If the artwork is not ready, our designers draw it. Then it goes onto the product by engraving, print, emboss or embroidery — with a proof in your hand first.
We hold stock, assemble kits, label boxes address-wise, ship by courier or hand delivery, and send a sheet showing who received what.
Most briefs start with a date. We work backwards from it — production, branding, packing and transit each get their own window.
Five steps, and no mystery in the middle of them.
Headcount, occasion, budget per head and the date it must reach people. A voice note works. So does last year's invoice.
Three or four options inside your range, with samples where possible. You also hear the trade-offs at your quantity.
Logo placement, colours, packaging and the gift note. Nothing goes to production before you approve the proof.
We check the first piece off the line, then spot-check through the run. Photographs reach you before cartons are sealed.
Kits assembled, boxes labelled, courier or hand delivery arranged. A dispatch report follows with tracking.
A crooked print spoils a good gift faster than a tight budget does. We choose the method that suits the material, then show you how it will look before the run starts.
Metal, wood, glass and leather. The mark sits in the surface, so it survives daily use and washing. Best for pens, bottles, diaries and awards.
Full-colour or spot-colour printing on bottles, mugs, bags, power banks and plastic. We print one piece first — some surfaces need a primer to hold.
Apparel, caps, aprons and tote bags. Stitch count and placement are decided with the garment in hand, not on a screen.
Diaries, folders, rigid boxes and leather goods. Quiet and premium, provided the die is cut well — that part we check ourselves.
Rigid boxes, sleeves, ribbons, tissue, wax seals and printed cards. We can pack to a recipient name so distribution day stays simple.
A sample of last year's gift helps more than a paragraph of description. We can match the finish, fix the weak part and keep the budget where it was.
Item, size, colour, quantity and branding position — all on paper before the order is confirmed.
On larger runs you see and approve a physical piece. If it is not right, we redo it before the main order.
One name and one number, from the first call to the final delivery. No passing you around departments.
Unit price, branding, packing and freight are quoted as separate lines, so you can see where the money sits.
A head office is easy. The harder job is a list of four hundred employees spread across branches, plants and home addresses. We label each box to a name, group them by city and ship with tracking — so your HR team is not answering “where is my gift” calls in January.
Same-day and next-day dispatch in Delhi NCR where stock allows. For everywhere else, the timeline is quoted against the pin code before you confirm.

Call the gifting desk or email the brief. If you have last year's invoice or a photograph of an earlier gift, attach it — it saves a round of questions.
