Who builds your stall
A Delhi event tests a build hard. The floor is handed over late at night and the stall has to be finished by morning. Corridors are narrow, lifts are booked out, and a panel that left the workshop cool has spent two hours in the sun before it reaches the hall. We build for those conditions rather than for a drawing on a screen.
Every unit is checked against the venue it is travelling to — door widths, lift dimensions, ceiling height, floor load, power position and the hours we are allowed to work. If it cannot reach the stand, it is not built that way.
Carpenters, printers, painters, acrylic cutters and metal fabricators sit under one roof, so your stall does not pass between five vendors before it reaches you. The design desk issues the drawings, the workshop builds and trial-fits, and the supervisors who signed off the unit in the workshop are the ones standing at the venue during installation.

Scope of work
Nine workstreams in one workshop. Most projects use three or four of them together — a stall, for example, is a frame, a finish, printed graphics and an electrical cut-out.
Shell-scheme upgrades and fully custom booths, from a single 3×3 up to island stands of 200 sqm. Storage rooms, meeting cabins, reception counters, laminate work, vinyl graphics and lighting, built to the organiser's height and setback rules.
Stage decks, box truss, wings, ramps and VIP platforms. The structure is calculated for what it will actually carry — drum kits, LED walls, dance floors and the people who step on it.
Flex and vinyl backdrops, stretch fabric walls, ACP panels, acrylic letters and 3D logos, standees, directional signage and floor graphics — printed and finished in-house.
Registration desks, activation kiosks and demo counters with cable routing, storage, charging points and locking panels, so the unit still looks new on day four of the show.
Pandals, canopies, entrance gates, domes and covered walkways for outdoor functions. Ballasted and guyed for the site, with FR-treated fabric where the venue asks for it.
Mandaps, photo walls, cultural sets, product reveal props and replicas. We work from your reference images or ours, and keep the set modular if it has to travel to a second city.
Carpentry, MS and SS frames, welding, PU and duco painting, CNC-cut lettering and acrylic moulding — the individual jobs other vendors usually send out.
Load-in and load-out crews, rigging help, floor protection, touch-up kits, a technician on standby through the show, and clean handover of the hall after dismantling.
Profile and spot lighting, LED video panels, dimming and control built into the stall structure, with cable routing and distribution points planned from the drawing stage.
How a job runs
Six stages. A normal Delhi project takes two to four weeks, and each stage ends with something you can approve or change.
We take your floor plan, dates and venue, then walk the site. Measurements, ceiling height, rigging points, floor load, power position, access route and the venue's own working hours go into one sheet.
3D views plus a working drawing with dimensions, material callouts and finish references. Nothing is cut until you approve the drawing and the material board.
Carpentry, printing, painting and metal work run in parallel. Large units are trial-assembled in the workshop, so a mismatch shows up here instead of at the venue gate.
Units are labelled and packed in the order the site needs them. Deliveries are planned around Delhi's commercial vehicle timing rules and the venue's dock slot.
Our supervisors and crew set up, coordinate with the venue's technical team and electricians, and hand over a finished build before the organiser's deadline.
Pull-out inside the venue's window, material sorted for reuse, and modules stored with us for clients who return to the same exhibitions every year.
Site conditions
The rules that decide whether a build is smooth or stressful rarely come from the design. They come from the venue, the clock and the weather.
FR-treated fabric and B1-grade panels wherever the venue or organiser demands them, with test certificates carried on site and extinguisher points marked on the stall layout.
Halls often release the floor at night and expect a finished stall by morning. Our crews work in shifts, with material staged in sequence, and finish inside one window.
Every venue has its own height, setback, rigging and timing rules. We collect them before the drawing is finalised and build to the stricter of the venue rule and the organiser's manual.
Freight movement in Delhi runs on fixed hours. Loading plans are worked backwards from the dock slot so a truck never waits outside with your stall inside it.
Adhesives, laminates and paints are chosen for the season the event falls in. Outdoor builds get extra anchoring and weight for wind and dust, and drainage planning for monsoon dates.
Repeat exhibitors leave frames, counters and lighting with us instead of rebuilding from scratch, which cuts both the cost and the lead time of the next show.
Venues we build in Exhibition halls and convention centres around Pragati Maidan and Dwarka, the exhibition grounds and stadium complexes across the city, hotel ballrooms and banquets in central and south Delhi, and farmhouse venues along the Chhatarpur and Gurugram roads.

Talk to the workshopA fabricator owns the whole unit, not one part of it. Drawing, structure, finish, print, electrical cut-outs and installation all sit with one team, so the counter you approved is the counter that fits the venue door, matches the rest of the stall and is standing straight on the fourth day of the show.
Four things move the price: the size and height of the build, the materials and finish you choose, the amount of printing and lighting involved, and how many days the crew stays on site. Two stalls of the same size can land far apart if one is system panels with vinyl and the other is custom ply with laminate and acrylic. We share a line-item quote so you can see what each element adds.
Counters, kiosks and simple stalls are usually ready in 7 to 10 working days after the drawing is approved. Custom stalls, stage sets and theme builds need three to four weeks. In peak exhibition season, workshop slots fill before the calendar does, so it helps to confirm early.
Yes, and at the other exhibition halls, stadium complexes, hotel ballrooms and farmhouse venues across Delhi NCR. Each venue has its own height, setback, rigging, working-hour and pass rules. We collect those requirements before the drawing is finalised so the build does not need changes at the gate.
Most Delhi venues hand over the floor late and expect a finished build by morning. We plan night shifts with the crew and stage material in the order it is needed, and we carry our own tools, lighting and power extensions to work without waiting on venue support.
Yes. You get 3D views, a working drawing with dimensions and material callouts, and a finish board showing the actual laminates, paints and fabrics. Production starts only after you approve those.
Plywood and MDF with laminate or veneer, ACP and sunboard for panels, aluminium truss and system profiles for frames, acrylic and polycarbonate for lettering and cut-outs, and FR-treated fabric and B1-grade panels where fire rules apply. Finishes run from PU and duco paint to laminate and vinyl print, depending on the look and the budget.
Yes. Cable routing, distribution points, spot and profile lighting, LED video panels and their control are part of the build and are coordinated with the venue's electrical team in advance.
Transport, load-in, installation, event-day support and dismantling are all in our scope. We also store frames, counters and lighting for clients who return to the same exhibitions every year, which brings the next build cost down.
Regularly across Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad and Faridabad, and on outstation projects where the client wants the same drawings and the same crew. Transport and stay for outstation work are quoted separately.
