Audio Visual Equipment On Rent In India

Sound that reaches the last row. Screens that read from the back. A crew that stays till the last guest leaves. We rent complete AV setups for conferences, weddings, exhibitions and live shows — delivered, rigged and operated by our own technicians, anywhere in India.

CH·01 — The Set-Up

Fifteen years of walking into rooms that fight back

Every venue tests you in a different way — and that is exactly where an experienced rental crew earns its keep.

A banquet hall in Delhi swallows the high frequencies. An open lawn outside Jaipur lets the wind carry your sound clean over the audience. A low ballroom ceiling decides your screen height before you do. After more than fifteen years of loading into rooms like these, we plan for the venue first and the equipment list second.

Everything that leaves our warehouse arrives tested and labelled the night before it loads. Cables are bundled and marked, spare microphones sit in the rack, and a backup laptop runs the same deck as the main one. When a show starts on time, it is rarely luck — it is the boring work done quietly in the afternoon.

You can hire a single projector for a boardroom morning, or hand us an entire summit: stage set, truss, LED wall, live stream and forty microphones across three halls. The crew size changes. The standard of preparation does not.

CH·02 — On the Shelf

Rented by the piece, or by the show

Hire one unit to fill a gap in your own plan, or take the whole rig with crew. Every item below travels maintained, with spares packed alongside.

LED Walls & Screens

Indoor and outdoor panels from 2.6 mm pixel pitch up, built to the size your room needs — not the size the truck happens to carry.

Line Array & PA Systems

Arrays for lawns and exhibition grounds, compact rigs for ballrooms, and delay fills so the last row hears the first word.

Projectors & Screens

7,000–12,000 lumen units on fast-fold screens, with throw and keystone checked against your room, not a template.

Wireless Microphones

Handheld, lapel and headset units on fresh batteries, frequency-coordinated so panelists never fight each other's channels.

Stage & Ambient Lighting

Moving heads, washes and uplighting programmed to the running order — cues rehearsed, not improvised at door-open.

Cameras & Live Streaming

Multi-camera switching with an encoded feed and backed-up internet — for town halls and destination weddings alike.

Conferencing & Interpretation

Delegate discussion systems, translation booths and recording feeds for AGMs, summits and closed-door sessions.

Power & Distribution

Silent generators, cable ramps and clean power for sound. A generator hum through the PA can undo a whole evening.

CH·03 — Why Us

The reasons planners call us back

Most of our work each season comes from clients who hired us once — and from the planners they pass our number to.

Our own fleet, not brokered

The gear we quote is the gear in our godown. No last-week surprise when a second vendor's "confirmed" stock quietly disappears.

Crew that stays

Engineers arrive with the equipment and stay through the show. The person who rigged your sound at noon rides the faders at night.

Spares of everything

Spare mics in the rack, a backup playback laptop, doubled cables, standby amplifiers. Failures at live events happen; visible failures do not have to.

The awkward truths, up front

Rig time, power load, lift sizes, generator placement, venue permissions — all in the quote before you sign, not after load-in.

One bill, one phone number

Screens, sound, light and stream on a single contract. When something needs a decision mid-show, one call reaches the person who can make it.

Itemised, honest pricing

Equipment, crew, transport and standby hours listed line by line. The number we quote is the number on the invoice.

CH·04 — Show Flow

From site visit to strike, one crew

The same team carries your event through all four stages — nothing is handed off to a stranger on the day.

01

Site visit & rider

We walk the venue, measure the throw, check power points and rigging, then send a floor plan with the quote — usually within two days.

02

Prep & load-in

Gear is tested and labelled at the warehouse, loaded the evening before, and rigged with hours to rehearse. Never minutes.

03

Show operation

Our engineers run sound, screens and cues through the full running order, with the spare rack one hand's reach from the desk.

04

Strike & settle

The room clears the same night and every unit is counted back. The venue returns its deposit, and you get your morning back.

CH·05 — Sound Checks

Asked before every season

Straight answers to the questions clients raise on the first call. Anything else — just phone.

How much does audio visual rental cost in India?
A projector and screen for a day typically starts around ₹5,000 in Delhi NCR, while a full conference package — LED wall, line array, lighting and crew — is quoted per venue size and city. Send your date, venue and rough guest count, and we reply with an itemised quote the same day.
Do quotes include technicians, or equipment only?
Crew appears as its own line so you can see exactly what you are paying for. For anything bigger than a single projector we recommend keeping at least one operator on site — most of the event-day rescue calls we get are for rigs that ran unattended.
Can you set up at a farmhouse, lawn or open ground?
Yes. Much of our work outside hotel ballrooms happens on lawns and farmhouses. We visit the site to plan generator placement, cable runs and weather cover, and we will tell you honestly if the access road cannot take a truck.
How early should we book for wedding season?
Between November and February, confirm four to six weeks ahead — peak weekends go first. We keep emergency stock for next-day calls; if a vendor has dropped out, phone us and we will say plainly what we can still cover.
What happens if a piece of equipment fails during the event?
Our standard rider carries a duplicate of anything that can end a show: spare microphones, a backup playback laptop, redundant cabling and standby amplifiers. Swaps usually take minutes, which is the whole point of carrying them.
Do you cover events outside Delhi NCR?
We deliver and operate anywhere in India, and the crew travels with the equipment. Transport, permits and crew stay for outstation shows appear as separate line items, so you always see the complete picture.
Do you take a security deposit?
Most bookings need only written confirmation. For high-value or single-day dry hires we may ask for a refundable deposit against damage or delay — always stated in the quotation before you commit.

Tell us the room, the date and the headcount.

We come back with a floor plan, a crew list and one number to call — usually the same day.
