Professional Photography & Videography for Events

We are the crew that works the room — two to six people who know where the light will fall at 8pm, when the award is coming, and which moment you will still be looking at in ten years. Corporate summits, weddings, exhibitions, convocations: photographed, filmed and delivered without fuss.

15 years on the road 4,000+ events covered 120 cities 48 hrs preview selects

Who you are hiring

A documentary crew,
not a photo booth.

Most events are covered by whoever happens to be free that weekend. We work the other way round. A lead photographer and a second shooter are named when you book. They read your run sheet a week before, walk the venue with your planner during setup, and mark the three moments that cannot be missed.

By the time the first guest arrives, we already know where the stage light will land, which corridor the chief guest will walk through, and which corner of the hall is too dark for anything worth keeping. That preparation is the whole job. It is why nobody gets lined up against a wall, why the décor does not disappear under a flat flash, and why you will not receive six hundred photographs of the same handshake.

We photograph what happened, from the angles that make it read. Then we edit it down until only the frames worth keeping are left.

Three ways we cover a room

Stills, film and the people watching from home

Book one, or all three on the same crew. Everything is shot to a single brief, so the photographs and the film tell the same story instead of contradicting each other.

01 / Stills

Event photography

Two bodies, fast primes and a lighting kit that behaves in a hotel ballroom at six in the evening and on a lawn at midnight. Candid coverage through the day, a short formal set for the people who need one, and edited files ready for a press release rather than only for Instagram.

  • Full-frame bodies, 16–200mm coverage
  • Off-camera light for stages and portraits
  • Colour-graded, print-ready files
  • Same-week preview selects
02 / Film

Videography & cinematography

A two or three camera unit that shoots for the edit, not for the archive. We take clean audio from the podium and the room, cut a ninety-second film for the same-week share, and hand over a full-length record of the proceedings for the people who could not be there.

  • 4K multi-camera capture
  • Lapel, podium and ambient audio
  • 90-second cut plus full-length edit
  • Vertical edits for social, on request
03 / Live

Live streaming

For the board members, relatives and dealers who could not fly in. We bring the encoder, the bonded link and the operator, and stream to YouTube, Zoom or your own platform with lower thirds that carry your branding, not ours.

  • Bonded 4G plus venue line, whichever holds
  • Branded overlays and holding slides
  • Recording delivered after the stream
  • Operator on site for the full run

What we shoot

Six kinds of event, six different briefs

A conference and a sangeet are not the same job, even when they happen in the same banquet hall. Here is how the coverage changes.

01Corporate & conferences

Keynotes, AGMs, product launches, awards nights, offsites and town halls. We know the difference between a photograph that flatters the speaker and one that flatters the brand, and we file both before the tea break if your comms team needs them.

02Weddings & celebrations

Mehndi, haldi, sangeet, the pheras and the reception. Two shooters at the minimum, and a family portrait list built with you a fortnight earlier so that nobody stands waiting while cousins are rounded up.

03Social & community

Birthdays, anniversaries, reunions, festival programmes and temple events. Covered quietly, from the edge of the room, without turning your gathering into a set with a queue in front of it.

04Schools & universities

Convocations, annual days, sports days, fests and seminars. Group photographs organised in ten minutes rather than forty, with a named list so the right student is in the right frame.

05Exhibitions & trade shows

Stall-by-stall coverage, product detail, visitor footfall and the conversations your sales team wants documented for the post-show report. Delivered in a folder structure that matches the floor plan.

06Concerts & performances

Stage lighting, low-light work and long-lens coverage from the mix position, so the artist's reel and the organiser's report both come out of the same night.

Contact sheet

Four frames from the last few seasons

A full portfolio runs to a few thousand images, so we show four here and the rest over a call. Tell us what you are planning and we will send the closest set we have.

What lands in your inbox

Deliverables, with dates attached

Every quote lists the same five or six items, with a working date against each one. If a date slips, you hear it from us before you have to ask.

Deliverable Typical turnaround
Preview selects, 60–80 frames 48 hours
Full edited photograph gallery 7–10 working days
90-second highlight film 7–10 working days
Full-length event film, with mixed audio 3–4 weeks
Live stream recording Same day
Raw backups and unedited audio, on request Held for 90 days

Turnarounds are agreed in writing with the quote. Multi-day events get their own delivery schedule, and a job is not closed until you have opened the gallery and confirmed it is right.

How the day runs

Four steps, no improvisation

Good event photography is mostly preparation. This is the sequence we run for every booking, whether it is a two-hour panel or a four-day conference.

STEP 01

Brief and date check

Ten minutes on the phone: venue, timings, how many rooms are running at once, and what the photographs are actually for. If the crew you asked for is more than the event needs, we will say so before you sign anything.

STEP 02

Recce and run sheet

We read your schedule, speak to the planner and the AV team, and mark the three moments that cannot be missed. Gaps in the plan are found here, at a desk, rather than at seven in the evening with the chief guest already on stage.

STEP 03

Event day

The crew arrives ninety minutes before doors, sets up, tests the light and the audio, then disappears into the room. One named contact stays on WhatsApp with your coordinator for the length of the event.

STEP 04

Edit and delivery

Culling, colour, sound mix, then a private gallery link your team can download from in full resolution. Revisions on the first cut are included; we would rather re-cut a frame than have you live with one you do not like.

Where we shoot

Anywhere the event is

Delhi, Mumbai and Bengaluru fill most of the calendar, but the crew travels. Pick a city to see the work we have covered there, or ask us about the other hundred.

Questions we get asked

Before you ask us

The eight answers that cover most of what organisers want to know. Anything not here, ask on the phone and you will get a straight answer.

How far ahead should we book a photography team?

Six to eight weeks is comfortable for weddings and conference season. If your date is closer, call anyway. We keep two crews on standby for short-notice work and will tell you honestly whether we can cover it.

How big a crew will our event need?

A small corporate evening runs with one photographer. A conference with a stage programme usually takes two photographers plus a videographer. A 700-guest wedding with three functions needs four to six people. The number is fixed in your quote so nothing changes on the day.

How many edited photographs will we receive?

A half-day corporate event usually returns 250 to 400 edited frames. A full wedding returns 700 to 1,000. Anything soft, duplicated or unflattering is cut before delivery, so the gallery you receive is the gallery we would show a client.

Can you work with the venue's AV and sound team?

Yes, and it is worth arranging early. We ask the sound desk for a clean feed of speech and music, and for two power points near the stage. Lighting, stands and backup power for our own kit travel with us.

Do you travel outside your home city?

We cover the whole country and have photographed events in more than 120 cities. Travel, accommodation and local transport are itemised separately in the quote rather than folded into the day rate.

Who owns the photographs and films?

You do, for your own use: internal reports, your website, social media and prints. We ask before showing any of it in our portfolio, and we never licence your event images to a third party.

Why do you not publish fixed packages?

Two events of the same length can need very different coverage. A 200-guest product launch on one stage asks less of a crew than a 200-guest wedding with four rituals. So the quote is built from your run sheet, and it does not grow later.

What do you need from us to quote?

The date, the venue, roughly how many guests, and what the photographs or film are for. Send those four things and you will have a written quote covering crew, hours, deliverables and delivery dates within one working day.

Book the crew

Tell us the date.
We will tell you what it takes.

Call, message or write. If the date is open you will have a written quote the next working day, with the crew, the hours and the delivery dates already filled in.

Send four things

  1. The date, or the date range if it is a multi-day event.
  2. The venue and the city, so we can cost travel honestly.
  3. A rough guest count and how many functions are running.
  4. What the footage is for: report, website, press, family archive.
